These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop of Corelock Defense Systems GmbH, Ludwig-Rinn-Straße 8–16, 35452 Heuchelheim, Germany.
Sales are made exclusively to end consumers (B2C). Sales to authorities or businesses are only available upon individual request outside the webshop.2. Contract Partner and Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Corelock Defense Systems GmbH.
Product presentations in the online shop do not constitute legally binding offers but non-binding invitations to order.
By clicking the order button, you place a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of shipment via email.3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are in Euro (€) and include applicable German VAT.
We currently accept PayPal as the sole method of payment.4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is worldwide via DHL or FedEx.
We do not deliver to countries subject to German or EU trade embargoes. No delivery to Russia.
The shipping risk is ours until the goods are handed over to you.5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal policy and sample form are available on our website.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.6. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty and Product Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply.
Products are intended for civilian use only.
Instructions for use and safety warnings are included in the packaging.
CE marking is not required.8. Limitation of Liability / US Disclaimer
Corelock Defense Systems GmbH is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
For deliveries to the USA:
The product is sold without any express or implied warranties. Use is at your own risk.
We accept no liability for any direct or indirect damages.
By purchasing, you confirm that you will not use the product for military or governmental purposes.9. Export Control & Use Restrictions
Military versions of the product are only available by direct request and not via the webshop.
The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase and use of the product are lawful in their country.10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Gießen, Germany.11. Final Provisions
If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
